• Custom-made items
• Items used or installed

Return Process

1. Contact us by mbenzaprince9@gmail.com, to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return in your request.
2. Once you receive your RA number, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the returned item(s).

Refunds
